End User License Agreement
This agreement applies only to Sable Invoice Engine, Sable Corporation’s internal QuickBooks Online accounting tool. It is proprietary, internal software — not a product offered to customers.
License and Ownership
Sable Invoice Engine is proprietary software owned exclusively by Intela Healthcare LLC, doing business as Sable Corporation ("Sable"). All right, title, and interest in and to the application — including its source code, design, and functionality — remain with Sable Corporation. No ownership rights are transferred by use of the application.
Permitted Use
Sable Invoice Engine is licensed solely for internal business use by authorized personnel of Sable Corporation, in connection with Sable Corporation’s own accounting operations in QuickBooks Online. This license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable, and does not extend to any person or organization outside Sable Corporation.
Restrictions
Except as expressly authorized by Sable Corporation, no user may: copy, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, rent, or otherwise make the application available to any third party; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application; or use the application for any purpose outside Sable Corporation’s own internal business operations.
No Warranty
Sable Invoice Engine is provided "as is," for Sable Corporation’s internal operational use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if a user’s authorization to access Sable Invoice Engine ends — including upon separation from Sable Corporation — or if these terms are violated. Sable Corporation may also revoke access at any time.
