Position Summary

The Surgical Technologist supports operative procedures within the OR in Olympia Fields, IL. The technologist prepares the operating room and sterile field, passes instruments, and maintains sterile technique in support of the surgical team. The role requires experience in a busy OR department and proficiency with EPIC. This is a 13-week traveler assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and sterile field for surgical procedures
• Pass instruments and supplies and maintain sterile technique throughout procedures
• Support the surgical team in the performance of operative procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy OR department
• EPIC experience required

Shift Details

• 7:00am - 5:30pm, 10-hour shifts (Days)
• On-call required (all OR agency staff required to take call)
• Traveler assignment: 06/08/2026 - 09/06/2026 (approximately 13 weeks)
